2° Multiplier Event – WorkINC Project: Inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs through responsive training pathways

On Wednesday, 28 October 2026, the second multiplier event of the WorkINC Project took place at the Felice Rignon Primary School in Turin, in front of a motivated and enthusiastic audience.

During the event, the main objectives and the promoted activities were presented, highlighting the benefits of the project for both SMEs and trainees in terms of creating more inclusive work environments and the development of professional skills.

In particular, the three distinct products offered by the project have been shown: the WorkINC Index, designed to assess the level of integration of a VET trainee in SMEs; the e-learning training course for inclusion managers in SMEs; and the Inclusion Platform, through which SMEs can calculate their own inclusion index and access training courses, while VET trainees can explore SME profiles.

In addition, participants were introduced to the project’s official website and received guidance on how to access and use the available digital resources.

Finally, an informational brochure was distributed to provide further details about the project and its key initiatives.
