Euroform RFS is a not for profit organization founded in 1996 and specialized in training and career guidance. Over the years, Euroform RFS has increasingly expanded its training offer dedicated to different types of professions. Indeed, today it boasts a wide range of courses in several sectors (IT, languages, workplace safety, business administration and management, etc. . .)

Euroform RFS is a holder of the VET Erasmus + Mobility Charter, a fundamental tool for the development of European internationalization strategies. In fact, it promotes international mobility through the training abroad of students, apprentices, recent graduates, graduates and young unemployed thanks to participation in various EU projects.

In this context, Euroform RFS acts as a guide for the orientation of young people who decide to undertake a training and / or study experience abroad, providing them with all the tools they need before departure. It can also rely on a large network of partners in the host countries that follow the participants throughout their stay abroad.

Similarly, Euroform RFS operates as a host organization for young people from other European countries arriving in Italy.

Euroform RFS operates as an organization accredited by the Regions of Calabria and Piedmont for orientation and job placement. Indeed, it provides the tools and methods to be present and fit into the working market:

• Analysis of skills and previous knowledge;
• Identification of areas for improvement;
• Identification of opportunities on the working market;
• Evaluation of skills;
• Advice and support for work.

Companies and professionals who decide to turn to Euroform RFS can count on a wide choice of courses and on high quality standards. The teaching sectors of specialization are Safety in the workplace, foreign languages, ICT, health (continuous education in medicine), but other courses are available in various other disciplines.

Euroform RFS believes in and constantly promotes the social inclusion of any minority or disadvantaged person. For this reason, it constantly strives to make its services available by adapting them to the users’ potential. Furthermore, since 2014 it has been working to promote the integration of migrants and asylum seekers in Italy through the management of Reception Centres and various other social inclusion interventions.

Euroform RFS promotes research and development interventions in the education sector to constantly test innovative teaching methods and design tools in line with the times. In particular, in recent years it has focused on the testing and application of methods that favour the digital transformation to support teaching and the development of innovative business processes. 

Euroform RFS is a reference point for companies wishing to adopt a personalized and efficient security management system. The Euroform RFS experts take care of the necessary documentation, as well as the health surveillance of the employees, the training of the various company figures and the authorization to use the operating machines.

Indeed, Euroform RFS offers a wide range of safety courses for the various company figures involved, including training for managers, general and specific training for workers, training for RSPP and for machine operators.

Euroform RFS designs, implements and delivers remote training projects. Thanks to continuous innovation and research, it has developed technologies capable of transforming any content into a multimedia format that is best suited to the content with the ultimate goal of promoting learning and increasing the student’s motivation.
