Euroform RFS is partner in the European project “European Network for Focus on Upskilling Pathways”

As part of the ErasmusPlus KA2 “Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices” program, Euroform RFS is a partner for the European Network for Focus on Upskilling Pathways project.

The project concerns the exchange of good practices on a significantly new approach the path to improving skills.
The project will enrich existing knowledge, knowhow and practices of partner organizations from Italy, Poland, Greece, Portugal and Great Britain.
The goal of the project is to implement the Upskilling Pathways initiative.

The TPM (Transnational Project Meeting) took place this week, the project guidelines were discussed.

Goals:

1. Exchange of good practices, transferring and comparing solutions on paths for improving skills.
2. Increasing the competence of vocational counselors and trainers in the field of motivating and encouraging adults with low qualifications.
3. Raising awareness among local communities about the Upskilling Pathways initiative.
